Equine Intel is a machine learning, data analytics, and tipping service. We are not a gambling operator or bookmaker. We do not accept bets or facilitate gambling transactions. All content provided is for informational and entertainment purposes only.
3. Assumption of Risk & Liability
- Own Risk: Any bets you place based on our information are taken at your own risk. Past performance of our AI or tipsters is not a guarantee of future results.
- No Liability: Equine Intel and its owners shall not be held liable for any financial losses, damages, or distress caused by the usage of our data or tips. Horse racing is unpredictable; horses fall, get blocked, or fail to start.
- Financial Responsibility: You acknowledge that betting involves a risk of losing money. You should only bet money you can afford to lose.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. Because our services are digital (immediate access to data/tips), we do not offer refunds once a subscription has been purchased or renewed. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing, but no pro-rata refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
5. Age Restriction (18+)
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction) to access our services. By registering, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to be in violation of this policy.
